Cuvée Rouge 2018

The inaugural 18 Degrees Dame is a special blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot, which is best enjoyed at the optimal temperature of 18 degrees Celsius.

Pairs well with steaks, young and aged. A premium, polished wine for those who appreciate a well balanced Bordeaux with high aging potential.

With a deep garnet colour, Christmas cake and confected fruit aromas and lingering soft black cherries, tobacco, pepper. On the palate, it is smooth, with well-balanced tannins and a long finish. It pairs well with beef, lamb, and venison, as well as Gorgonzola cheese.
